The Council's planning committee will consider our application for Section 73 and Reserved Matters.

With Mayoral approval, the ground preparation works could start for the first phase in the spring.

If the Mayor approves our plans, we will appoint a building contractor. The exact is to be confirmed.  Our contractors are always members of the considerate contractors’ scheme.

We hope that the Mayor will approve the project in early spring 2021.  The date of his decision is to be confirmed.
