B&D Reside want to make the services we provide to our customers as good as they can be. 

This survey is intended to help us understand more about how our residents experience our Estate Services and what our priorities should be for improvement.

Estate Services

B&D Reside’s Estate Services team is responsible for the cleaning and grounds maintenance of communal areas around your home. This includes cleaning of corridors, stairwells and bin rooms as well as the maintenance of outdoor areas such as gardens, podiums and plant beds.

Waste Collections

London Borough of Barking and Dagenham are responsible for the collection of waste from your home. Depending where you live this might be via individual wheelie bins, large communal bins or Underground Refuse System (URS) bins. 

The Council also offer a Book a Collection  service for bulky waste items (furniture, appliances, mattresses etc.) or you can take it to a local recycling centre .
