An initial ideas and insight gathering workshop with the Gascoigne Residents Forum. 

Initial meetings with key stakeholders to understand their ideas, concerns and future aspirations for Gascoigne Road. 

An ideas and insight gathering workshop with Year 5 and Year 6 students of the Smart School Council at Gascoigne Primary School.

An ideas and insight gathering workshop with parents/carers of students attending Gascoigne Primary School.

Door knocking on homes directly on Gascoigne Road to share information about the project and get their insights/experiences of the road. 

Pop up stall on Gascoigne Road at 2-5pm to capture residents/parents/children/teachers insights and experiences of Gascoigne Road.

An interactive in person event for the wider Gascoigne community to present the project and early, initial design ideas/proposals and capture feedback and insights from residents and local stakeholders. This will be supplemented by content online via this website including a survey. 

Second workshop with the Gascoigne Residents' Forum, this will focus on design of elements of the Road.

Second workshop with the Smart School Council, this will focus on the design of elements of the Road.

Second workshop with parents and carers at Gascoigne Primary Schools 'Parents Coffee Morning', this will focus on the design of elements of the Road.

Third workshop with the Gascoigne Residents' Forum, this will focus on presenting back designs incorporating their feedback/ideas and aspirations.

To present the final designs to local residents and stakeholders and present the next steps in the process in a public event and online via the website.

A public consultation event to show the final designs for an improved Gascoigne Road. 

The event will be from 16:00 to 20:00 at Studio 3 Arts' newly renovated facilities at Galleon Community Centre, Boundary Rd, Barking IG11 7JR.
