April Update
The redevelopment of Sebastian court will provide over 95 affordable and quality homes for local people.
Demolition work has been completed and piling for the new blocks was completed on 6 April 2020.
We’re pleased to say that 98% of the demolition debris has been recycled.
The new electrical substation has been constructed and the old one has been demolished and removed.
The ground works are progressing well, and the next steps are to construct the concrete frame and erect two tower cranes.
The concrete slabs making up the ground floors are now being poured and we expect this work to be finished by May 2020.
The project team will endeavor to keep any disturbance to a minimum for local residents. Although works are continuing during Covid19 pandemic all the appropriate steps are being taken onsite to ensure the safety of all workers and residents.
Our intention is to manage deliveries safely during the working day and reduce any disruption to adjacent properties and schools. If you have any concerns about the work, please contact Peter Adams (peter.adams@jerramfalkus.co.uk).
This project has been registered with the Considerate Contractors Scheme.
