Planning application submitted

We submitted our planning application for the redevelopment of 12 Thames Road to the council in December 2019, as part of our ambitious regeneration programme for the area. The application seeks to deliver 153 new affordable homes and c.5,000 sqm of industrial floor space. The proposals are designed to be of the highest quality exemplar co-location development, combining new homes and industrial floorspace in the same development.
