Coffee Morning & Afternoon Tea in Phoenix Park: Gascoigne West Phase 3 Discussion

Join us for a Coffee Morning or Afternoon Tea at Phoenix Park, as we discuss and envision the future of our community with Gascoigne West Phase 3, the next stage in the Abbey Road development. This event will be facilitated by Citizens Design Bureau, Be First's appointed engagement consultants, ensuring productive and focused discussions.

We're currently in the early design stages of this development, part of the larger Gascoigne Estate Regeneration project. Our goal is to create high-quality housing and enrich our public spaces, but we can't do it without your valuable input.

During this gathering, you'll have the opportunity to share your unique perspectives on how we can build welcoming, inclusive environments, promote sustainable living, and balance the needs of pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists.

Gascoigne West Phase 3 Community Consultation Event

We are thrilled to invite you to a dynamic and fun-filled day in Phoenix Park, dedicated to discussing the upcoming Gascoigne West Phase 3 project. Our public consultation event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 22nd July, from 12 noon to 4 PM at Phoenix Park, Abbey Road.

This event is your platform to voice your perspectives, ideas, and suggestions on the early plans for the next phase of the Gascoigne Neighbourhood. We firmly believe that your active participation and insights are essential in sculpting the future of Gascoigne.

Our event discussions will pivot around the following key areas:

Gascoigne West Phase 3 Community Consultation Event 2

We are delighted to invite you to our second community consultation event for the Gascoigne West Phase 3 development. This gathering will take place on Wednesday, 27th September, from 3 PM to 8 PM at the Boathouse Studios, The Malthouse, 62-76 Abbey Road, Barking IG11 7BT.

This follow-up event aims to present the latest design updates and gather further feedback from you, our community . Your insights are critical in steering the future of the Gascoigne Neighbourhood, and we are eager to include your perspectives in our planning process.

The focus of our discussions during this event will be:

  1. Reviewing Updated Designs: We will display the most recent designs on large boards for your review and feedback.
  2. Exploring a Model: A physical model will be available to help you visualise the proposed changes in a tangible way.
  3. Interactive Activities: We have planned some activities to keep the consultation engaging and to gather a diverse range of opinions.
