Marks Gate Vision

Be First wants to work with the Marks Gate community to develop a vision for their area that meets the needs and aspirations of local people now and in the future. We want to co-create a vision that will help us shape development projects and improvements in Marks Gate for the next 15 years and capture ideas from the community for the type of place that Marks Gate could become.

Linked to this vision is our commitment as a borough to improve existing housing and build new affordable council-owned homes. We want to work with communities across the borough to explore how this could best benefit existing residents and provide wider improvements for the area.
