We are looking for an experienced operator to deliver an exciting workspace hosting a range of types of businesses at Roycraft House, Barking.
Roycraft House is a six storey office building of 35,000 sq ft only 5 minutes walk from Barking Station and we are looking to offer a 7-10 year lease on behalf of Barking and Dagenham council.
The Roycraft House site will play an important role in delivering the objectives of the recently adopted Barking Town Centre Regeneration Strategy, offering new job and employment space and responding to the multiple opportunities within the local and incoming business communities.
We are now launching a two-staged open competition process.
We are inviting you to put forward workspace concepts which deliver on the following project aims:
offer opportunities for making/creative and professional services workspaces, with a focus on young people and under-represented groups
provide flexible and affordable spaces that meet local business and growth needs
create an attractive space that reflects the diversity of the borough and an associated brand that’s representative and authentic to Barking and the borough, and
play an active role in supporting the development of the wider business and workspace providers ecosystem, through collaboration, local engagement and building of business networks.
