We're planning more new homes and we need your views

We’ve drawn up plans for more new homes on the Gascoigne estate – this time for the area on the corner of Gascoigne Road and St Paul’s Road, opposite St Joseph’s School.

Our designs are for almost four hundred, spacious, modern houses and flats on this site which is a stone’s throw from Abbey Green. The new homes would be built for the council, and the majority would be available at below-market rents. They will be connected to the local energy system, which is not just good for the environment, but promises lower fuel bills too.

We also plan to radically improve the landscaping - planting new trees and creating new play areas and active green spaces for residents.
